Returns & exchanges

If you are not happy with your shipment, let us know and we will do our best to make it right.

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it. Include your name and order number with your return. Items must be shipped back in the condition they were received.
If the product you received is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours from receiving your package.

Custom orders are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

Upon completion, your order will be shipped in 1-3 days via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you need expedited shipping or signature confirmation, additional fees will apply.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, a complaint can be filed against USPS. You will be responsible for following up. If a package is returned to us due to customer error (incorrect address or package refusal), then the customer will be responsible for re-shipment.
